According to my psychologist, positive thinking can alter our subconscious mind so that our mind can function well. After writing down 3 positive things that happened at the end of the day for a week, I do feel much more energetic in getting my work done! So this post is for another week~
Day 8 (14/10/16)
1) Going to the swimming pool and lying there watching the gloomy sky was the best decision made today! The water was pretty calming~
2) I covered 80% of the length of the swimming pool! Have never dared to go to that depth but I made the first move~
3) Cooked my favourite sesame oil pasta, together with some mashed chickpeas and mushrooms, delicious!
Day 9 (15/10/16)
1) Cleaned up my room this morning~ What an accomplishment, hahaha.
2) Even though it will be relatively expensive, curry cooked using wet curry paste tastes wonderful!
3) Watched two episodes of Runningman, they are hilarious as always! Nothing beats a good laughter during a moody day~
Day 10 (16/10/16)
1) Helped out with the dish at the church this noon~ Felt so accomplished!
2) Bought a couple of new games on Steam with discounts and they are awesome!
3) A hot instant Korean vegan ramen made the rainy night even better~
Day 11 (17/10/16)
1) Exhausted from swimming this evening, but yet feeling so satisfied~
2) Made my own version of bibimbap, but since it does not look appealing, no photo this time, hehe. Sesame oil makes everything nice~
3) Done fixing the cover letter for applying internship, phew~

Day 12 (18/10/16)
1) My favourite Indian rice stall at Old Flat sold Nasi Briyani today! It tasted so good and nice food makes my day even better!
2) Finished a tiny portion of literature review after managing to snap out of computer games~
3) Sent an extra copy of computer game to a good friend of mine, and now we get to play it together!
Day 13 (19/10/16)
1) Oranges bought from Jaya Grocer are awesomely juicy and sweet!
2) Mushroom fried with turmeric powder smells like fried fish I used to love~
3) Had a good laugh when playing games with friend~

Day 14 (20/10/16)
1) Cooked pasta with the curry paste I used last time~ It's delicious!
2) Had a nice nap after a long day of lab work~
3) It seems that my friend is more enthusiastic than me in playing Don't Starve~ Hahaha.
